"The unit was perfect for our needs. 2BR, 2BA which is rare for London. Only complaints I have were the beds were a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. Otherwise the place was very clean, had a washer, dishwasher and well stocked kitchen. Also grateful the place had a lift and ramp on the ground floor for luggage which made getting in/out of the place convenient. Located in Bloomsbury, it's an easy walk to the British Museum, Russel Square Tube station and multiple bus lines."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. It's so close to so many things! It felt like we were off the beaten path but within a half an hour's walk of any major attraction. Easy access to Metro. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants and shops right out the front door. Not to mention the British museum just a block away.
The room was clean efficient and had a good view of the garden which I liked. Ken, along with all the reception staff were outstanding. They were always willing to help with anything we needed and greeted us when we came in and when we left the property for our daily adventure. They were so professional and polite. I hate to say it but I just wasn't used to that level of service ...and I've been to all the MGM properties in Las Vegas including Bellagio, NoMad, Cosmo, etc. These guys are great!"

"This was a Christmas trip for my Mum, I thought I give her a surprise treat, we booked in on 22nd December, great location as described but I want to say a huge thank you to the staff, warm welcome, swift booking in, the Junior suite was amazing the room was clean and tidy, and such lovely touches like mini bar and Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of towels and soft dressing gowns, and the breakfast was great selection, hot and cold to choose from only drawback a bit hectic around the toaster . Will use this hotel again and would recommend 100 percent, thank you for a perfect start to Christmas, see you soon."
