"I asked for a desk chair and they didn’t have one, gave me an old uncomfortable chair that didn’t swivel, I asked for an iron and it didn’t work, not hot enough, they say parking included, but you have to walk like 4 blocks it’s not on site. Some of the staff were not welcoming, will never stay here again"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at the Meliá Paulista and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—right on Avenida Paulista and directly across from the Consolação Metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore São Paulo. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, providing a perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help with any request. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The selection was excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, and local Brazilian specialties. The overall quality of the food exceeded my expectations. What really sets this hotel apart is the combination of comfort, service, and convenience. Whether you're visiting São Paulo for business or leisure, the Meliá Paulista is an excellent choice. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class hotel experience in the heart of the city. "
