"Fantastic hotel and attached shopping and restaurants. Truly amazing. Only critique would be better communication between front desk and Rewards desk. Front desk sent me to Rewards counter. and I wasted 20 min. walking to find and wait in line. I was told they’d add my stay but Rewards desk said it wasn’t possible after I’d paid my bill and checked out. They need to have consistent info for guests."
