"The hotel is clean, close to Big Ben in England and the London Eye. There are a few gift shops on a somewhat dirty street under the tunnel where the car park is situated, but you can also find shops on your way to Big Ben. A Starbucks is near the hotel as you head toward the London Eye. The hotel does have restaurants on the premises; however, there are no other dining options nearby. Overall, we received excellent service from most of the hotel staff, although we encountered a few individuals who seemed less enthusiastic and unwilling to help on a particular day. We had shower door issues, but they were fixed immediately. We requested the key for the terrace and got it as soon as they could bring it up, but the gentleman did not explain anything, just asked me to sign for the key and figure things out myself. "

"Chris was the most helpful and made sure we were taken care of during our entire stay. Chris was off the morning of our departure, and he still ensured our taxi was waiting for us at 5AM! The breakfast was perfect and all of the staff were happy and courteous. Definitely returning to this location on our next visit!"

"Hi, Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited. Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future. Thank you again for the otherwise pleasant experience!"

"Great location, impeccably clean with friendly, helpful staff. The added bonus of the cinema makes this our go to London hotel now as it’s very useful on wet days or just to relax for a bit. We didn’t have to time to use the spa but definitely will make time on our next trip. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff! The rooms are nicely decorated and super comfy bed. I stayed in a main street facing room and it was very quiet. Didn't have a chance to try their breakfast but it looked really good. The hotel is perfectly situated across the street from and M&S and Saint 9 Coffee (awesome). "
