Fresh new hotel along St Kilda Road. Neighborhood is mostly office towers and condo blocks, but is a 20-minute walk from the South Melbourne shopping area or a 20-minute tram ride to St. Kilda beach. Very pleasant and walkable neighborhood. The hotel is quite new, fresh, and extremely clean. Service was great although scope of facilities is more limited than a full-service hotel.

The room is clean and staff were friendly.
There were many food varieties for breakfast but seems during the two mornings we dined there, not much changes of the food varieties were observed.

Check-in was a breeze, room is clean and well-maintained. Did not like the bathroom door though, it’s a shared door where you could use it to either close the shower or the toilet area.
Convenient parking within building, but would be better if the cost could be included
Simple breakfast options, nothing to shout about.
Very easy self check-out via room tv
