"Large apartment sparse but fine for needs and in a good location, Woolworths across road, close access to southbank. Bedroom was on busy motorway traffic side unfortunately so very noisy. Pillows very hard and asked reception for alternatives but were not helpful. Had a roller bed arranged for a friend to stay but had to ask 3 times for it to be delivered. "

"Great location in proximity to the Exhibition centre at which I was attending a conference. Walking distance to everything you might need for a short stay. The breakfast was lovely, the coffee was good and a room service meal for dinner was divine. Very well appointed apartment. My only criticism is that the grout between the tiles in the shower could do with a really good scrub. The staff were all lovely and accommodating."

"Reception (especially Kitty), breakfast services are all excellent. I believe I got an upgrade since I had a large window facing bed, so very much appreciated. Would be nice to have slippers in the room rather than asking to the reception (though they were just happy to provide us). Only downside is cleaning. Very rough and not professional. I can tell no vacum is done, and dirty cups are left and no coffee/tea. Considering very professional yet friendly service offered elsewhere, I was suprised about your cleaning quality. Maybe I had a bad luck? I'm very happy with everything else. Just a small note. the tram station nearby isn't FREE. You need to walk to Casino station if you want to take advantage of free rides. It's a bit long. About 10 mins walk."

"There were no teaspoons in the cutlery drawer. Coffee and tea were not refilled. The remote control for the tv did not work properly, it was hard to input tv stations on normal tv. The bathroom floor was not clean & the carpet in the bedroom needs cleaning otherwise the apartment was clean. The apartment was close to everything which was great. Despite all this, we would stay again. These were just little things that need to be looked at."
