"This hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Soho but tucked away on a slightly quieter street. They give you complimentary wine from 6-7pm every evening. Our room had a great little kitchenette with a sink, fridge, drinking water tap and complimentary tea & coffee. I also appreciated that the TV had Chromecast so I could watch streaming services, the Molton Brown soaps, and the excellent water pressure in the shower. Highly recommend."

"I only had access to the wifi being on the 6th floor. I had to go downstairs if I needed to use my phone for anything else. I didn't eat breakfast there but heard it was good and there was a good variety to choose from. It was £23.50. The elevators were hit and miss but there was always at least one working. Same with the escalators. I didn't have a window in my room so there was no context of time. The room was soundproof and the walk-in shower was great. The hotel is in a fantastic area with a cute cafe just to the left of the exit. The Piccadilly line entrance is about 3 minutes away. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area as well as theater. The staff were accommodating and helpful."

"Use hotel for 2nd time when attending event in Hyde Park. It is good value and really well located being almost next door to Selfridge and Bond Street tube station. The Delux Room (a complimentary upgrade) was nice bonus abd the breakfast was as good as we remembered from our last visit. Year ago. Im sure we’ll be using the Mandaville again!"

"Just had a 3 night stay at Park Plaza Westminster in a studio room with a Big Ben view. Room was really spacious and view was spectacular. Bathroom was big and had both a shower and bath. The studio had microwave and some plates and cutlery for use of you wished to eat in your room. Amenities at the hotel were very good with options for casual dining or full restaurant experience. We had breakfast included. It was your basic big hotel fare. Adequate but not setting any high notes. Chefs signature breakfast option was porridge... Location was very good. Able to walk to most areas, London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square etc. Also plenty of food and restaurant options within an easy walking distance. Pricing we paid was on the more expensive side in my opinion but did pay extra for Big Ben vew (well worth it) and breakfast option. Hotel was very busy on the weekend we stayed but this did not impact anything that we wanted to access. The overarching reason for our stay here was the view of the Big Ben and to that end it delivered."
