"Excellent location just out of the central surfers paradise area. Beach across the road, light rail station close handy and a cafe downstairs. Curtains had some dirty marks on them which need cleaning. Excellent views with balcony. Staff were friendly."

View out over the ocean was incredible. Loved the location, was incredibly convenient with a two minute walk to the tram stop that took you everywhere. "
