This is my third stay at the property (it was Westin Taipei when I first stayed), and I must say it has gradually improved in many ways after JR took over. Kudos to Japanese management, I guess.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and I love that the MRT station was right around the corner. Hotel smelled nice and the room was fantastic. I was traveling with my grandmother and she is a picky woman, but she enjoyed the hotel too!

Overall comfortable stay

Great location, comfortable rooms, super clean and well designed hotel. However the breakfast can be improved and service at the restaurant can also be further enhanced.
