HUB Hotel had the kindest employees and we were able to the the corner view room and it made for such a lovely experience looking out over Taipei. So many convenient places locally, and the train station isnt too far of a walk. The front desk was so accommodating when we asked for them to call us a cab when we needed one. The beds were comfortable and for the price I feel like it was such a reasonable rate.

旅館靠近行天宮 但是離行天宮捷運站約走路十分鐘 可以接受 接待大廳很寬敞 服務人員很熱忱 房間很乾淨 可是竟然沒有提供肥皂 它的八樓提供免費簡易土司 果醬 和咖啡 也有簡單的健身工具 個人覺得性價比很不錯

Some noteable things about the hotel are the friendliness and helpfulness of the 24hr concierge staff, the upstairs lounge with many snacks/drinks and a seating area, and the cleanliness of the room. It is also located right beside a Family Mart and many local food spots if you explore the surrounding areas. The MRT is about a 12 min walk away and easy to navigate to. On the other hand, something that made our 15 day stay not so pleasant was the level of humidity in our room that would build up if we didnt leave a key card running the power in the room. When asked if they could provide a dehumidifier for our room, they said that only certain rooms would have it available. We ended up borrowing a dehumidifier from a relative that lived 20 mins away. If this issue is addressed by the hotel, it would make for a much more pleasant stay. Overall, the hotel is a decent stay and the rest of our party that stayed as well enjoyed it too.

Staffs are helpful but the hotel is a little dirty and not maintained properly. The amenity is not sufficient, no hand soap or hair conditioner. The breakfast menu is just toasts and crackers.

Refurbishment to bathroom is needed, floor is always wet when you have your shower in the bath tub, no matter how careful you deal with it. Staff at front desk were extremely unhelpful and rude, particularly Ms Queenie Chen. We politely asked for the direction to the nearest train station, she rudely told us to look at the map ourselves. She was then seen giggling with other staffs after telling us off. Very unpleasant experience from them, making us looked so bad. I hope the manager of Hub Hotel will be able to look into this matter and manage their staffs professionally by sending them to proper training. A smile in their service would help them too. Overall, we had a terrible stay with this hotel.

Perhaps the staff are very busy but it could be better if there is eye contact & service with a smile. Overall, while this place is some walk away from the nearest MRT, still, I am happy with this hotel & would recommend the place.

Pro: excellent public area in 7F, all day coffee / snacks plus new books that you can spend whole day to read ( Chinese language only ) Con: bathroom conditions are not so good also need to be deep cleaned for mold. It’s only bad smell due to humidity. Suggest to have dehumidifier. Beside bathroom and smell that I enjoyed my stay

It’s unique budget hotel with great value added features such as coffee / snack plus many books for travelers (.Chinese ) I enjoy my stay The minus point is bathroom that water can easily leak into floor due to its small tub and design. Other than this , great stay
