Strategic location, easy walk to Ximen station and great loc for bus, just in front of the hotel. We stayed in room 415 spacious room, unfortunately moulds issue on the corner walk near the bed adjacent to the bathroom

Never seen a hotel room so empty. No char or sofa to set on. no closet to put away your cloth. No luggage rack. not even a picture on the wall. no fridge or safe either. There is only a bed, desk and chair. Breakfast was also very poor. Way over rated.

Overall a good stay at Tai Sugar Hotel. The only suggestion that I have is that the hotel could have provided a extension cord for the desk. There is only one electric power socket for the desk lamp at the desk.

This is the second time we stay in the hotel. The first time was a year ago. We enjoyed the famous “roasted pig feet” daily during our 1 week stay. The room is small with only one chair, one night stand, two electric outlets. There is no water fountain or ice machine. This time we were not served the famous “roasted pig feet” as advertised during the 6 nights stay. Quite disappointed.

We have stayed here for 4 nights ( Room 501) Good : location , room is big Bad : 1. The hotel is in an office building so it had to share only 1 elevator and waiting time is very long. 2. Room has everything but not working 3. Found mouldy bathroom shower curtain 4. The design of the bathtub is very strange, as long as the water around the bathtub when showered . This is not very good maintenance and professional hotel . I believe you can find other hotel with same price but better quality in this area .

昼前に到着したからか、チェックイン出来ないのは分かって居るのに、フロントの女性スタッフの態度がかなり感じ悪かった。荷物を預けるだけなのに、無愛想。 チェックイン可能な時間になってホテルに戻ったら、同じ女性が同僚の男性と満面の笑みで喋っていた。 朝食会場が寒すぎた。 部屋は広いが荷物を置くペースなどが全く無い。壁も薄く隣の部屋の話し声や子供の泣き声がずっと漏れていた。 ロケーションだけは最高だが、ソフト面などを考慮しても高いし、よっぽど選択肢が無いときやセールで安い時なら考えるかも。 本当にロケーションだけが売りのホテル。

西門のアニメイトが地下にあるビルで、ホテルの前にはアニメ好きな方々が集まっていました。 地下鉄・バスともに乗り場が近く、どこに行くのにも便利です。 値段相応ではあるものの、フロントスタッフの対応はとても良かった。 大寒波で台北でも最高気温10度〜13度のタイミングで3泊しました。 広い角部屋を予約したので大きな窓から冷気が伝わり、暖房の無い室内ではフリースやダウンジャケットなど、外と同じ格好で過ごす必要がありました。 フロントの方に伝えると、小さなファンヒーターと布団をもう1枚貸して下さり多少は良くなりましたが、それでも室内の温度は15度ほどでした。 気温が低すぎてお湯の温度も上がらず、ぬるま湯のシャワーは辛かった。
