Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again.

Pinnacle Tower is a condominium located near KSL in JB, so be aware that this is not your usual hotel check-in. We informed the owner on the day itself via call, as well as once more once we're near the property. Owner was gracious and understanding enough to wait for us even at 12am in the morning, as we entered JB at night and were delayed. Check in was smooth and he kindly explain the facilities in and outside of the apartment to us + informed us of nearby amenities, such as convenience...

Room was very spacious. There were some stains on the kitchen island, bed quilt and toilet bowl. Body shower was depleted. Breakfast was delicious but spread was just ok. Overall still a good hotel. Might stay again due to location.

We arrived early and knew check in was at 3pm but we were willing to wait. The female front desk staff told us that she can only register us as guests but for room availability, we had to check again at 2pm. However after waiting for about 40 minutes, a male front desk staff name Dennis came to me and informed me that they manage to get 1 room ready for us. Dennis was the epitome of professionalism. He was polite, professional and kind. He even brought the other room key card to us in our room....

Spacious room for a family of 4. Only complaint was the unit floor is dusty and not cleaned. Feet got black within 20min. We have to mop floor ourself
