"Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. "Attended an event at the Shah Alam Theatre, so the primary reason for booking this was the location. Staff was friendly and helpful; the onsite food options were good and convenient. Didn't explore the area so cannot comment on it. Property is showing its age, and I hope the owners invest in an upgrade. Furnishings showed distress; carpet slightly worn; bathroom porcelain was colored; one elevator kept stalling. However, was pleased with the stay."

"I travelled with my four year old daughter. I chose MO specifically because of how child friendly this hotel is. They arranged a stroller, a baby sitter, and kid friendly amenities before my arrival. The kids club at MO was also incredible. The food and their in room dining service was top quality, not to mention the room views. MO team made my stay extremely comfortable and my daughter actually became so sad when we had to check out.
