"The hotel was quick to offer us alternative rooms when a fault was discovered in the room we had originally booked. This despite it being a very busy weekend.
The hotel is a pleasant alternative to the shophouse hotels that are the mainstay of the area. It features a coffee house that serves a pleasant breakfast buffet, with enough variety to satisfy its guests. Conveniently, there are also a number of eateries around the property.
