"We had an amazing stay at the Catalonia Royal Tulum. The resort itself is paradise. It is hard to imagine a more stunning location. From the lobby you immediately recognize the serene location. Staff were friendly and helpful right away. We were met with welcome drinks and cold towels. Walking through the rainforest to our rooms and the beach is wonderful. It never gets old to traverse this gorgeous location. The white sand beach is magical. We loved all of the facilities. The pool is excellent, especially with the swim up bar. There are some great food options, too. We particularly loved Mamma Mia and Steakville for dinners. The service at those locations is incredible, and the food is exceptional. Each restaurant offers a fine dining experience with 3 or 4 course meals. Carmen at Mamma Mia was a great server and made our dinner experiences so pleasurable as well. The La Palapa buffet exceeded our expectations. We loved the fresh tacos at lunch. There are so many food options, and a great mix of local options and familiar, homey options too. Quesabelle was such a wonderful hostess who consistently made us feel welcomed and happy every time we stepped in for a meal. The staff and facilities are amazing, and the natural beauty of the resort will take your breath away. We loved our experience at this resort in Tulum and we highly recommend you go visit as well if you are looking for a luxurious, classy, relaxing, beautiful vacation. "

"They made my Birthday very special, they made sure the staff all around said happy Birthday to me, went to see a cabaret show at Chic and they had a special table along with bottle of champagne and did a celebration during the show. I was very surprised. The entire staff was very nice. I would recommend this place for sure to others and will stay again. "

"Perfect Family Getaway! We had an amazing experience at this resort—perfect for families with young kids. The kids absolutely loved the pools, splash pads, and play areas, which quickly became the highlight of the trip for them. Everything we needed was conveniently nearby—food, snacks, drinks, and beach access were all right next to the kids’ area, which made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. The staff was outstanding—always attentive and quick to respond to any requests. Highly recommend for a stress-free and fun family vacation"
