"Emporio Cancun is a wonderful hotel! Staff were very friendly! Hotel had multiple restaurants and even great room service! We had an ocean front room in building M that led out to beach and it was impeccable! I will surely stay here again! "

"This resort was above and beyond our expectations! The staff were some of the friendliest we have ever experienced. We truly felt like no matter where we went. They went out of their way to say hello or good morning or something! The Resort was absolutely stunning! All of the animals, including the monkeys, made it extra fun. The food was delicious! The only recommendation we would have is to change the reservation Procedure. Getting up early to make a dinner reservation when you are on vacation seems a bit much. It didn’t bother us too much though Because everything else was so exceptional. We will definitely be returning very soon!"

"Let me start by saying we are experienced Temptation guests (3rd) time staying here, if your debating on a resort, this location is great, not too far from the airport and about 2.5 miles from the town center. The amenities are fair, food is good, but what makes this resort great is its people. At the Bash Bar Victor Avila - is beyond magnificent, after an afternoon nap and dinner we were ready to call it night at 7pm. We decided to go for one drink and ended up staying with Victor until midnight. He made a us a few special concoctions, had us awake and having fun in no time. Most fun I’ve had all night. At Amores the breakfast buffet Kevin Vasquez - always remembered us and provided great service, he even remembered our drinks of choice and went above and beyond with requests, above all he seemed genuinely happy to help. Always had a smile for us and legitimately put a happy face and great effort in making us feel welcome. In the SEXY POOL Lulu Davila - never let us go thirsty, even with 90 plus degree weather and humidity she was always helping us in a timely manner and with great ease. She offered to make us shots and treated us with kindness. Last housekeeping for the 13th building Silvia Nadal - I once mentioned we didn’t drink soda so she filled our fridge with water. Kept our room tidy, & always kept a warm smile and fresh towels for us. After being in the sun all day nice clean towels were beyond amazing! Finally, thank you all for making this vacation grea"

"The property is beautiful. Pool is clean. Beach is lovely. Food and drinks were excellent. In saying all that the real gem of this property is the staff ! They are wonderful! So hardworking. They will bend over backwards to please you. The only thing I would complain about ( nothing to do with the property or the staff) is that there was a lot of kids. We kept to the adult area, but unfortunately, the adults area isn’t very big by the pool. We really wanted to go to Excellence ( Adults Only) next door but they were fully booked. And in saying all this, would I go back to Finest??? absolutely! I would just prepare myself for all the kids. "

"This place was amazing. From check in, to food, to the view, the activities, the staff. The only two things that weren’t my favorite was the mattress we slept on was not comfortable and this sounds silly but the drinks were sooo strong it was hard to want to drink them. "
