"We had a wonderful stay, resort is maintained nicely staff was extremely helpful. Beach on the north end of the property is beautiful, a little rocky in front of white sands but short distance to the nice part. This is our 6th trip to Mexico and the value for this stay was great. The food was pretty typical for a Mexico resort but still good, always plenty and good selection. Tacos were the best thing at lunch buffets. We eat at the Italian restaurant the Brazilian restaurant as reservations and they were both very good. I would highly recommend. We stayed in building number 59 and our concierge. David was extremely helpful and polite.. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.. He did a great job and made our stay even better. Overall, I would recommend this resort to anybody for an all-inclusive trip to Mexico. It definitely exceeded my expectations. We will be back"

"Everything was great. The room was modern, clean, spacious, bright and beautiful. Great view. Comfortable seating on the balcony. Service/hospitality was excellent. Food/drinks were great. We did the preferred room so we got brand name alcohol. The spa was wonderful. We did the hydrotherapy twice and spa treatments once. I got a facial/cranial sacral massage and my husband got a massage with three different modalities. We both loved our treatments. The property is well maintained and has a variety of restaurants. Its located inside a gated community so you can walk outside the resort and explore a little without a car. You can rent a golf cart if you want to. There is a nice public beach you can walk to. "

"We had an excellent time at this resort. Place was clean, food was great. Staff was very informative, especially Eric. Very pleasant and always helpful. Concierge staff was great (Yessica, Joseph, Geovanni and Mexia) They always were very helpful. Ala cart restaurants were all great from the staff to the food. We enjoyed Carnal the best followed by Pueblito Lindo. We had an opportunity to scuba dive and the staff there was also excellent and nonweldable. They took us to a reef that was abundant with fish and very colorful. We enjoyed the evening shows and the atmosphere of the several bars. Overall this was a great stay."
