"No receptionist and property was at 2nd floor. We found out that we need to whatsapp to a number to get access into the property and that message was pasted at level 1 just beside the door to the stairs. We didn't see it at first and went up the stairs and kept pressing the door bell for about 5 mins. We called the whatsapp number but the call was hang up. Instead, they replied to the messages only. "Got welcome drinks, free upgrade of room types, just pillow smelly and request for change, breakfast so so but staff give us priority because we have 2 small children , swimming pool a bit small, location is good , walking distance to desaru adventure water park, service super good."
