I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did. The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind. It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang. What stood out most was the service....

The hotel is very convenient to various locations(ferry terminal, markets,eateries,etc). Massage is a cab ride way.Hotel is comfortable, clean, and has all the necessary amenities , except refridgerator and safe box in room. Would recommend this hotel for a few days stay in Tanjung Pinang.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Like it's prime location because there is a 24hrs convenient store, a lot foods store nearby and after midnight there is also Teow Chew porridge round the corner.

Good price, satisfying--room facility is good: toothbrush, small fridge, towel, kettle, tv. Quite spacious. Nice simple breakfast. Nice rooftop with nice cityview :) The only thing is the treadmill at fitnesa centre is not working.

A tranquil paradise. The ambience at kelong triakora is truly exceptional. The combination of a nice ambience, cleanliness and a genuinely serene environment made for a perfect retreat. This property surrounding environment is nature and tranquil, room is spacious and clean, with the helpful and courteous staffs, the resort stays are perfectly good and enjoyable, a place cannot miss in Bintan island.

We stayed at the Sanchaya for a weekend. It was my husband birthday. Everything was amazing. By far the best hotel I've stayed in my life!!! They gave us an early check in and late check out... they even bake a surprise cake for my husband... it was a big surprise even for me... They think in advance, their you by the first name... no words to describe how wonderful was our weekend at The Sanchaya.

Hotel provided complimentary pickup from and to ferry terminal and daily breakfast. Checkin and checkout process was fast and efficient. The staff at the reception, restaurant and grounds were all very friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom villa we stayed at was clean and very spacious. Everything was great!! Staffs were extremely helpful, room was clean and nice, pool was amazing! Really interesting concept overall. Only thing that can be improved is the food quality and options available within the resort, especially at the activity centre. Options are quite limited and the quality is 5/10 tbh. If you have time, it’s highly recommended to take cab out to Pujasera and try out their local hawker. Cheap and yummy!
