"Location wasn’t convenient - there was only a small mini-mart at 5th floor, function room cafe isn’t open, nothing to see or eat within walking distance. Apartment seemed a bit old and had a slight musty smell upon entering the unit, power sockets weren’t conveniently located, TV reception was terrible and both TVs were small and not-smart (ie stream services not available/connectable). "Cosy & great hotel hidden in a building roof top. - We had a good time with the great & friendly services from the front desk to the Crews. - Except the door is bit tough when closing,it needs some force. & this will actually disturb the next door guest(s). Overall a great hotel to stay. Thank You, Team."

"Management was accommodating to our request. However, amenities like shampoo, dishwashing liquid and sponge were not replenished. Fridge of this unit gave very loud noise. Hopefully you might want to look into this. Overall stay is okay in terms of location and to access the unit. "
