"It was a great holiday for kids 12 & below. Maybe the controls of the room for the air-con temperature could be fixed. We could not adjust the temperature but could only adjust the fan speed."

"Great place for the kids to keep occupied with the slides, projector tv, arcade game and lego bricks. Rooms are spacious and acceptable. 2 of the toilet heaters are not working. Not sure if it's me who does not know how to operate the heater or that the heater is spoilt? However, the heater in the master bedroom works just fine."

"This particular room was spacious for 3 persons. Toilet was also spacious. Nice view of the city from the 20th floor. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Pity the buffet breakfast was nothing impressive. "

"Strategic location if travel from Singapore to Johor by bus or train. Room is clean & comfortable. Staffs are friendly too."

"The bedsheets, pillow sheets and towels have stains. The room also has an odour. Parking is NOT free (despite hotel stating its free) and you have to download the msia app and pay yourself. The toilet was also poorly ventilated. We have to checkin using machine outside the hotel. When we approach staff as we have issues with the booking reference after some time, she just give us a number to use the check in machine which is outside of the hotel. She could have just helped process our booking instead. There were many speeding motorists racing around the hotel area at night. However the hotel is well situated at Mount Austin and have good satay shop nearby. "
