"Breakfast was good. Rooms were average, with clean beds and clean showers. We stayed here just for one night to be close to the Heathrow express to head back to the airport. No elevator. I didn't see that in the description as it was worded differently. The staff was very nice and tried to help us as one of our people was handicap and could not walk up that many flights. Let us keep the bulky items down in the lobby and gave us a room on the 1st floor."

"Great location just off Oxford Street, room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The only issue was the wait for coffee to be offered. You can get coffee for yourself but the machine did run out at times. Great hotel for a London trip. Tube is just around the corner."
