Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread.
Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent.
Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time!
But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

End up, my wife and I squeezed into one double bed, and child on the other. The bed and pillow were comfortable. This hotel features a futuristic concept and has very beautiful skyline views of KL, including the Petronas Twin Towers and Merdeka 118. I had a very memorable and comfortable stay, and really appreciated the free suite upgrade. The hotel has a convenient central location, just a walking distance to shopping malls such as Suria KLCC.

I love the size of this hotel as it's not too big :)
on the contrary the room are gigantic and its very comfortable. I give extra point for the ironing board an iron already present in the room, it's very convenient when you are on business. The bed was great and I slept really well. I had been there about 10 years ago, and I'll return for my next trip in Kuala Lumpur.
