It is a bit dingy, tight, and unkept but it is appropriate for the price. I’d stay again if I wanted to keep my accommodation low. It is really close to a subway station which is convenient. One thing to keep in mind though is that they do not watch your items if you’re only staying one night. So be sure to store your valuables in your capsule and close the blinds so that it looks you’re in your capsule.

Pleasantly surprised at the comfort. Booked partly as a novelty, but as the cheapest bed available in Tokyo it was a great convenient stay 🛏️🇯🇵

Two stars for the price, but toilets were dirty and stank of urine and showers were communal. The pods were ok but very warm without ability to change temperature. Ok for 1 night but no longer.

Everything basic and that’s what you pay for. Very fair. The capsule beds / futons are extremely thin so it’s almost like sleeping on plastic- consider if this is a problem for you

The hospitality was really nice. Very welcoming and nice. English and Japanese. Really nice for them to provide robes, towels, and toothbrushes every day. I would check the air conditioning for the capsules. My capsule did not work all the time or was very weak.

The people running the business were super friendly. The place was clean and a good price for the location - quick walk to Tokyo Tower and beautiful gardens. It is an older facility so not fancy

Super fun experience, just gets a little sweaty inside the capsules overnight, as there was no interior air conditioning or fan. But great location and reasonable bathrooms.

I never got the chance to check in because when I showed up, the lady at the front desk seemed to not want me there. She wouldn’t talk to me, or respond to any of my inquiries as to whether or not I was at the right place. I tried to show her my phone to see if it was the correct place but she wouldn’t look at it. She eventually just pointed to a list of names with a bunch of other info and I didn’t see my name. So I left because I was unsure if that was the place. After looking around for another hour in the rain, I came back because I finally found a small sign that said the company name. When I came in, I forgot to take off my shoes as I am American, was tired from my 13 hour flight and 4 hour trek to find this place, and just wanted to find out if this was really the place. But she just looked at me, literally shouted “NO SHOES!” at me. I’m pretty much convinced that this was a blatant act of racism. And if I were you, I would consider this when evaluating whether not your company should be doing business with them. There was like 6 people in the lobby who heard this and I was absolutely humiliated. I actually left after that and had to go walk for another hour to find another hotel… I would like a refund if possible as I did not stay there. Thank you

Great cheap way to stay in Tokyo, the area is walkable with many restaurants nearby. Yes, the capsule is very small, but most of the time you don't really need much more than that. The only major thing is getting used to shared showers and bathrooms. Good if you're planning on staying in the city for a short amount of time or if you're adventurous.

Couldn't find it, no sign outside. The old people were rude , didn't speak a word of english. Old woman got agressive cause i didn't understand and said english. The bathroom was disgusting and super suoer small. The capsule was fine. But not secure. Couldn't wait to get put of there.

The hotel has a big bathroom but not shower room so traditional type of Japanese bathroom they called “Sento” or “Daiyokujujo”. The officer do not fluently speak English, that means you need understanding Japanese a little bit.

Metal capsule was next to the heater and the ventilation didn’t work so my bed was essentially an oven. Wafer-thin mattresses, pillows stuffed with what might have been paper???
