The room and bathroom are a little small for a family of 5. The location is great since it’s walking distance to all of the great shopping in Ginza. Great location to the train station. Awesome staff and service.

Charming hotel good location simple rooms just wished my space was bigger but it was just right for this stay , maybe next time I will get a bigger room , safe was very friendly and my only suggestion is have a taxi service for easy pick up

Good place to stay. The room was tiny, but that is probably the case for all hotels in Tokyo. Location was good, a short walk to train stations and thus to Tsukiji market, Tokyo tower, and other central areas. Not a lot of good food around, but wonder a few stations using the subway to shibuya or other areas and you won't have a problem.

Don’t get that you can reach this hotel from Narita airport with 1414yen. This hotel is very close to Shimbash station, which seems to be the best place for tourists. You can reach Odaiba, Shinjuku, sibuya, and other places without transfer. Also, Don Quijote is in a walking distance.
