"Rooms are absolutely clean; nice friendly staff. Easy check in. Quiet location, so one gets a good sleep. Location is good too, in a residential type area. Highly recommended. HOWEVER, the owners have spent a lot of money in good quality bathroom fittings, but the installation is very poorly. Water heater fitted just over the towel rail!! Bath fittings come OFF when you handle it! Electrical outlets useless. TV did not work because of some problem. They said they will fix it, but I...

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very well prepared and served. The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. "I had very bad experience with the check inn, I have been allotted a downgraded room and they did not even bother to apologise. I demanded a compensation but they thought iam begging, so sad. I paid full room rent with extra bed with Expedia but it did not reflect there Had a tough time But the property is really amazing. I wish I could have been tested better"
