Unsafe and filthy area outside of hotel along sidewalks to get to the Hilton Parking Garage, or go sight seeing. Hilton should provide safe free shuttle service at those fees."

"Service was spot on and the staff is marvelous. Loved our upgrade and amenities. Unfortunately, the room was a bit noisier than we remembered. Also, we had planned to go to a play at the Golden Gate Theatre which requires a short walk down the street, however, we were too uneasy walking through the homeless encampments in the Tenderloin to get there. Neither one of us is intimidated easily. It's no fault of the hotel, but makes an Uber or Waymo necessary when it shouldn't be."
