"This me and my family’s first trip to SF. We got lucky and amazed to find this hotel!!! It’s walkable to the park, the cheesecake factory and the cable cars!! A lot of dinning options from breakfast to dinner. And I recommended getting the hop on hop off bus tour because you can hop on and off at the union square park which is one block walk from the hotel."

"I loved the decor...Zepplin! It was unique and very tasteful. I liked the lobby area for sitting and just relaxing. It would be nice to have the coffee and tea available 24-hours. I ate in the cafe on the premises and the food was good...pricey, but okay. Burgers usually come with fries or some other side, but not here. Thank you for the complimentry water in the room. You need to work on the amenities...charging $35 for items that were NOT explained to you when you checked in. Poor...

"Despite proximity to Tenderloin (which as a prior San Franciscan, never bothered me too much!), we had zero qualms about safety of the vicinity of the hotel and walkable nature of surrounding amenities and shops. I appreciated the accessibility of the gym downstairs, and Little Sweet Cafe/bar with reasonably priced drinks. Room size was larger than expected despite being city-centric. I would certainly stay here again."
