"The only problem we had was the bathroom shower ! The shower heads bearly work , low pressure took forever for the water to get hot or even warm ! One missing conditioner bottle I know that's a very small thing to complain about, but they had the shower gel shampoo but no conditioner. Hopefully they won't think I took it. But other than that, the room was gorgeous. The hotel was nice. We didn't have breakfast there a little too high for me so I ate somewhere else, but the atmosphere was nice and the only reason I didn't complain because I only stood there one night I was going on a cruise the next day if I would've stayed more I would've been complaining"

"We considered it a top notched hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The extras that came with the 11th floor we worth it. Definitely would stay there again the next time we are in town."

"Good downtown location. Easy walk to bus stops and train station. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. Friendly and courteous staff. William at the Dahlia/Rooftop restaurant bar is very friendly. Our room was spacious enough. Had to ask for extra hangers since the room had four for two of us. When asked, they promptly brought us a few. All the amenities are decent. The shower is small and needs a good cleaning. Housekeeping was hit or miss. Two out of three days, definitely rushed cleaning. Third day, the room definitely wasn’t vacuumed. The floor carpet needs a good shampooing. We did enjoy our stay mainly due to the location. We appreciated that our requests were promptly attended to."

"I travel to Vancouver once a month and this was my second time choosing to stay at the PacRim. Jesse at the front desk made my check-in easy and pleasant. He accommodated my requests and followed up to ensure I had a great experience. Also, Travis and Patrick at valet go out of their way to greet guests with a smile. The only disappointment is that all rooms are pet-friendly. Although, I love pets, I unfortunately have allergies. The room had some residual pet dander which caused my allergies to flare up. However, the housekeeping lead ensured the room was deep cleaned to avoid any future sleep disruptions. Overall, great hotel in a great location."

"St.Regis Hotel is the pride of Vancouver! We chose the hotel for it's location to the cruise terminal. We were greeted by the doorman who promptly took our luggage to our room while we checked in. Our room was exactly as pictured and we loved the bathrobes and in room coffee and tea. We took the skyline from the airport and walked the 2 blocks to the hotel. Centrally located we were able to walk to many dining locations and enjoy the street entertainment. Complimentary breakfast was great. Nimali, our exstadinary server was fantastic. Excellent stay!!"
