Very Nice Inn
A very clean, tidy and welcoming Inn. Food was good and location just out of town was very handy. Only downside was parking which was very limited.

Excellent 3 nights stay over the New Year, lovely to be welcomed into the family traditional celebrations. Close to the town centre, race course and the castle. Warm and friendly welcome from Mike on arrival, gave us all the information we needed. Room spacious with everything we needed, up a couple of flights of stairs which was fine for us. Breakfast was perfect, good produce, plenty of cereal, fruit and toast to help yourself to and a well cooked full English. We ate twice in their pretty Rumba restaurant, lovely food and beautiful tapas! All staff throughout our stay were really lovely, friendly, helpful and Nelly was a joy. We will definitely be returning, looking forward to it!

Very Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent. We had a meal one evening in the restaurant and it was the best steak I have ever had. Clean throughout the whole Inn. Bed was very big, clean soft linen and very comfortable but the pillows may need replacing as very lumpy. Situated very close to the town centre and all amenities. Overall a great stay and would defiantly recommend.

Mixed experience.
The staff were great and the food was amazing, authentic Tapas and South America cuisine. Prices for food and drinks were very reasonable. 4 of us stayed, we were in room 2 and others in room 3. Our real dislike were the bathrooms, in 2 there was no heating and in both rooms the showers were very poor, could not mix temperatures, gravity fed and just dribble. Room 2 had a bath so at least we could do that and not try to work with the shower. Room 3 was better decorated, but shower still very poor and both rooms pretty noisy due to main road.

Kitchen closed on a Monday evening when I arrived - at around 530pm No usb charge points No electricity sockets near desk so charging laptop whilst working not possible Bathroom was very nice though and bed was comfortable

Very comfortable and quiet room. Hot English breakfast. Nice bar and restaurant. Couldn't get the shower head to bend down. Maybe a fitting missing or stiff. Sorry I forgot to mention this when we left.

Lovely hotel with character & great service
A wonderful hotel with loads of character, a warm welcome and very friendly staff. A fabulous Spanish restaurant on the ground floor with a truly Mediterranean feel and delicious food. A great location for walking into Warwick and only a short drive to other tourist attractions, e.g. Stratford-upon-Avon and several National Trust properties.

Brilliant find
What a gorgeous little gem we found, the Room was lovely we loved the quirky ness of the slightly uneven floors due to the fact of it being such an old building the owners were lovely and friendly as where the staff I would highly recommend anyone to stay here we will definitely go back the food was also amazing

The staff, particularly Mike and the lady who served breakfast, were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for an overnight stay. Breakfast was great and it was a great location for an event we were attending at St Nicholas Park.

A very nice bar with a Mexican themed restaurant. Breakfast was very good also. Bedroom was comfortable and spacious. All in all it is an excellent place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was extremely delicious and we ate at the kings head three nights in a row as the sounding restaurants couldn’t touch the exquisite cuisine. All in all 10/10 very enjoyable stay.

Very friendly pub/ B&B, easy check in. The room was clean and tidy, beds not the most comfortable but ok. Considering we were above a pub there wasn't much noise. We stayed with children and all felt very welcome. The cooked breakfast was perfectly cooked and just the right amount with a reasonable selection of cereal, toast and fruit as well. The breakfast staff each morning were excellent and kept everything running nicely. We will be recommending to friends and would stay again if we were in the area. Excellent value for money

What a gem of a pub! It was a shame we could only give five stars for the staff - they deserve more! Only a short distance away from the centre of Warwick, and well worth the walk. Near to a big Sainsburys, so lots of parking. The evening meal was mixed Tapas for us and delicious! Their choices of main dishes looked good too. Excellent breakfast, sorry we were only staying one night. 6 stars from us!

Comfortable stay
Comfortable stay room nice size. Bathroom shower was difficult to control temperature very hot or very cold would change without touching was a little frustrating. Very small car park not aways able to get in. Parking up the road so little walk. Nice breakfast good choice. Staff was very helpful. Short walk into Warick.
