"A great hotel in a great location. It has all the amenities I wanted, and the price was good. Service staff and reception were all very friendly and quick to help with anything. Special thanks to Ami for all of her help and valuable information. I am returning to Jakarta soon and would definitely book again, but they are sold out for my dates. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. :-("

"Ich würde das Hotel keinen Touristen empfehlen. Wir kamen an und haben uns gedacht, laut Bilder sieht das Zimmer sauber aus. ABER wir kamen an, das Bett hatte noch Flecken gehabt, das Bad war nicht sauber es waren Schimmel überall, darauf hin wollte ich gleich das Zimmer wechseln ohne weiteres. Wir haben dann ein anders Zimmer bekommen, hier war alles dasselbe Spiegel verdreckt, Decke dreckig..alles furchtbar. Bitte verzichtet darauf, wir haben für 1 Woche gebucht und sind nach einer 1 Nacht,...

"I booked for 5 nights & on the first night itself I had to change the room. The bathroom had a leak right above the toilet. The second room had bad aircon, changed again & the third room didn't have door lock to the balcony. Changed again, this time the main door look was not working. Mini refrigerators in all 4 rooms were stinking. 2 days they couldn't provide me with the bottled water. The room was never cleaned properly,"

"If you like to shop, great location between ciputra and central park malls. The apartments are cleaned regularly but furniture and interior/bathrooms was dated and a little dirty. Bedding and pillows great, cleaned daily. Great view of city. Wifi connectivity very poor, which the kids didn't like! Also, only one key for apartment for 5 people. Lots of pros and cons."
