"Absolutely brilliant hotel. Staff very helpful and rooms large and clean. One thing for westerners not familiar with the spa culture it is a fully nude hot spring bath. Would recommend"

The accommodation is accessible via the public bus to Wulai. The walk to Wulai old street is about 15 min but you can also take the public bus to Wulai old street. There is a small stretch of area about 5 min away where there are food available. The staff is friendly and helpful and bring our luggage to the room. Breakfast is bento style, mainly Chinese but bread is available as well. If you are looking for a stay in Wulai, this place is highly recommended.

Nice quaint hotel up the mountain in wulai. Great views from the balcony and hot tub. However, it is quite far away from the old street where the shops and food are located, which posed no problem for me. There is a family mart 500m away from the hotel. Great to be near nature but if you want convenience, better to have your transport.

Hotel is at upper level of hill, quiet, has good view of Wulai centre with a relaxing garden terrace. There is a footpath 1 minute away which descends close to Wulai centre, it takes about 15 minutes to reach the town centre using this. Hotel also provides transport to the centre though it has to be pre-arranged. The rooms have hot spring baths and the water is perfect for the skin. It was great to sit down to the lovely set dinner which used local produce after our long day of journey. Staff...

We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Although we reached the hotel before check-in time, the staff kindly assisted with storing our luggage. When we returned later, our bags had already been placed in our room, which was a lovely surprise.
A staff member personally showed us to the room and gave a short introduction, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful. The service throughout our stay was excellent and very professional.

This hotel is worth every dollar spent and then some! Excellent staff, beautiful rooms, top notch wellness facilities and easily accessible from airport. Highly recommend, especially for families.

Had an excellent stay at the shangri-la and will continue to use them during my future visits to Taipei.
All the staff were polite and provided excellent service. The hotel rooms were large and had good amneties.
The hotel is not centrally situated but it has a train station nearby around 5 to 10 minutes walk.
All in all, worth the stay however there is one feedback which I will not deduct a star for as it is relatively minor. Please shangri-la, get better hair dryers.

Clean, simple and modern hotel located about 8-10 mins walk from Songjiang Nanjing Metro station (green line) and about 3-5 mins walk from the Nanjing East Road where there are many buses. Direct bus/train ride to many parts of the city. Raohe night market is just 20 mins ride away.
Triple room is a little small with a King bed and a single bed. No writing table and desk provided in this configuration. Have difficulty opening several full size luggages at the same time. Snacks and mini bar...

Old hotel but generally very well maintained. The bathroom at the roof top onsen needs some refurbishing, looks dull and dated. Love the activities such as tarts making, crafts making in the hotel, should have more varieties of them. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttles to take the guests to the nearby places, which is such a great service to provide! Would definitely stay here again if we revisit Yilan.
