"The name “resort” and the pictures are misleading. It is not a resort by any means. It’s in a “village” and hard to find even the taxi driver had a hard time. If you just want to have a place to sleep and don’t mind having a bad view from your window it’s okay. "

"It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect."

"The owner provided sufficient information about the accommodation and then moved us to the basement during our stay. The photos do not correspond to reality. The communication from the owner was very unpleasant."
