We booked this hotel as we were travelling as a family of five (7 month old baby + grandparents). The room layout was perfect as baby slept with mummy on the lower bunk, and the grandparents had their own room. Reception, especially Cindy who helped us with check-in and check-out, was very friendly and helpful. While they didn't have baby cots available, they helped us to install bed guards on both sides of the bed which made it safe for baby. The complimentary laundry service was also perfect...

My 2nd time here & it’s great to be back! Love this super well maintained property, clean & eco friendly. So tranquil & quiet. Sunny the manager gave me a very warm welcome back, adding a nice touch also by giving me a cute little birthday cake! Rooms were a good size for 2, location was excellent we were able to walk to Myeongdong and to Gyeongbokgung palace within 20 mins. the Insadong area is also lovely there are so many nice food places and small shops worth exploring. hotel is also a short walk from Jonggak station on line 1 and has a supermarket just adjacent to it making it extremely convenient. really enjoyed our stay here, will be back!!
