Well placed and convenient hotel. With the Midosuji, Chuo and Yotsubashi metro lines it’s easily accessible. Front of desk staff are very helpful and amenable at all times. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet are both affordable and excellently presented! Highly recommended hotel!

as room size is always a concern in japan, the room we had in this one is actually pretty good, there is a subway entrance right beside the hotel but seems it’s quite a distance walk underground to the actual subway entrance. it’s also a very busy hotel so plan your time use the elevator.

stayed here for a week for our osaka/kyoto trip. The staff are all friendly and very prompt to respond to your needs. Train station is literally on the basement floor of the building easy access for going around the city. There’s family mart in the building and 7-11 right around the corner. I like the location cause it’s not in the middle of the hustle bustle of dotonbori and namba so you get a quiet at night but it’s a 10 min drive to all tourist destinations. Only thing is like majority of hotels in Japan rooms are small so we got a double twin room. And the heat/air conditioning is centralized so if your like us who likes to sleep on a cool room then that’s something to consider. Otherwise, we were okay just opened the window for some cool natural air. It’s spring so I assume it’s still heating that they’re using. Overall, I would stay there again on my next trip.
