Room was fairly clean, little sandflies in the bathroom area however, but nothing too concerning. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our aircon and light switches were a bit touchy, but once we worked out which ones to have switched on and off to make sure aircon remained on when lights were off it was fine. Perfect location!

The location was great and the hotel felt safe. The room was very small and would be ideal for one traveler, but it was quite confining for two people. The door to the toilet and shower was glass, so light shone through to the bed when it was on. The shower stall was one of those that had no door, and the glass only ran about four feet from the wall with the shower head. It was hard not to spray water out of the stall and onto the floor.

The room was clean and tidy but a little small , the bathroom is in the same room with only a glass wall between the bed and the toilet..ok for the odd night or a solo traveler. We probably wouldn't stay here again due to the bathroom, good location and friendly helpful staff.

Lovely and helpful staff. Room was impeccably clean, but very small. There was no place to open my luggage and once it was set on the floor, I couldn’t get out to the balcony. The same, could have used a chair and side table, so one can sit out. Darling Harbour is lovely to explore and close by, but the quickest access is through and down the elevator, in the parking lot by the Novotel. I did not feel the safest walking through there at dark. Quiet and not well lit. But overall, this 2night stay met my needs. Thank you!
