Honestly this place was one of the worst places my husband and I have ever stayed. Having plumbing trouble and then went to talk to a manager the worst manger very rude her name was shi and then after 2 days of plumbing problems changed us and airconditioner wasn’t really working and to top it off worst of the worst they had roaches. So please be careful especially if there is a microwave we have pictures and videos but don’t want to post because very disgusting. But yes never want to stay here again the worst place ever. They still say they are going to investigate what are they going to investigate they have a freakin roach problem. Disgusting.

My room felt like I was in a cave and was dark, smelled terrible, the fan/air conditioning was loud I could not sleep good.

Room thermostat was set to 65 and i still sweated in there the whole time. Found 3 cockroaches in my room all at separate times. No offer to comp resort fees or anything. They seemed to not really care. Almost as if they expected it because they hear it so often. $120 a night to sweat and sleep with cockroaches. Never staying there again.

The breakfast was great at The Coffee Shop. The staff was efficient. The frozen cocktails at the pool were refreshing. The tacos at the pool were yummy.

I booked this room for my father and I have to say the staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating, due to a rude guess I had tondeal with the staff gave me a $50 coupon to use at any restaurant or bar on the property. I am very satisfied especially since it was not there mistake to correct. Loved his stay.
