Cleanliness should be #1 priority. I know the Hotel was no longer in pristine condition compared to 10yrs ago when I first checked in and experienced staying in your hotel but I noticed that the hallways& the rooms are not clean dust every where it triggers my allergy.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! All staff members were very helpful and friendly- we were treated like royalty. Beautiful large room. Mini fridge stocked with free goodies. Very convenient- 2 min walk to MRT and in the middle of vibrant neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants. Extensive free breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Taipei.

The room are old & the shower door can’t closed properly so the water came up & finally changed my room with the bathtub instead. I been complaints about the 2nd time to get this resolved but, we will not stay in this hotel again if we visit again
