I usually don’t write long reviews but I wanted to show my gratitude for Cosmos Hotel Taipei’s excellent services in assisting me to handle a refund process. We had to change our booking to check out earlier because of the typhoon. The hotel staff showed great care and professionalism, and agreed to waive the penalty for changing my reservation. They patiently explained the procedure and promptly provided all requested information to Expedia. Special thanks goes to a member at the front desk who has helped me along this process! Without her assistance, I am probably still in the loophole of dealing with the booking site to initiate such request. Cosmos Hotel shows me a perfect example of genuine care and excellence in servicing clients.

We loved the spa & pool area! Very refreshing and relaxing after a busy 2 weeks and before a 15 hour flight. Staff was very helpful and the facility was very nice. Breakfast buffet was also very good!
