"The Family rooms were clean and spacious. Ideal for a family of 3 to 4. We had a great view of the city, breakfast spread was decent though, not much changes in the daily menu and amenities are clean. Overall good experience. Just expected the staff to do a brief of the basic stuff - wifi, water, breakfast locations, etc. - which they didn’t. We had to ask ourselves or either find out on our own."

"Staff was excellent - they all looked happy to provide service. Very attentive especially the ones at the elevator area and the main door entrance. Concierge was very helpful as well and helped us with our luggage. We didn’t meet the housekeeping staff but our room was very well-maintained and it was such a pleasure to come back to each night. "So well located and convenient, 3 blocks from Taoyuan MRT station entrance, to and from the airport is less than 65 minutes. Room is well-maintained, clean, comfortable with unlimited snacks, noodles and teas,drinks. Good sized bathroom and quiet rooms. Lots of restaurants nearby and MRT stations so near. What a perfect location and stay overall. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Lobby is huge and lots of space for meetings and conf calls. Will definitely be back."

"This hotel offers a unique and different atmosphere that is elegant and upscale. It has a mix of old world and new. The location is near transportation making it easy to visit other parts of the city. The room was large and had a generous bath area including a garden tub. There was a mini bar that included coffee and tea options and a mini frig. Staff was helpful and made sure are needs were met. Would highly recommend this hotel."

This is one of the few hotels with working Chromecast built-in, which I have been using. It doesn't have AirPlay though."
