"The Hotel has a very good location near the Ringerstrasse and close by attractions like the Burgarten, Hoffburg Palace, Albertina Museum, etc. It also is a very elegant facility with good ambience. We had a few inconveniences though...our elevator was damaged 3 out of the five days we spent there. Also, one of the nights, our TV set did not work and had to wait until the following day to get technical assistance. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay. "

"Stunning! Beautifully styled hotel both inside and out. Loved our room 215, no balcony but with huge windows opening out onto the street with morning sunrise too. Staff were amazing, reception and concierge were friendly and extremely professional and helpful; bar and restaurant staff were lovely.
