"Our greeting by the staff member was over and above my level of expectation - he was truly lovely and chatty and arranged for our bags to be dropped tot he room whilst we went and parked. The room was gorgeous. The only slight unpleasantness was a half eaten pack of chocolates left in the fridge (by other guests) and some bottled water would have been nice "
