Song Hotel Sydney
10/10 Excellent
"Brush for the toilet would be nice - feel embarrassed leaving the bowl in anything but the condition I found it in - not possible without a toilet brush though - sorry housekeeping "
"We had our dog with us and our room was perfect with our own private courtyard.
We were close to Centennial Park for walking our dog and the public lounge area was cosy and warm. Breakfast included was great and the coffee was good. We had secure off street parking which made it easier. I will definitely look at staying here again in the future, it was a short drive to the beach and the complementary collapsible dog water bowl was appreciated. Thank you! "
"A well appointed room which has great facilities, A new approach wastes no space or uses the space well. Some odd things like no Resturant on Sunday evenings, Good food Monday to Saturday. If you like shopping very close to Bondi Junction Westfield."
"The most amazing stay for us from all hotels in Sydney we went to. From the friendly service, cleanliness and comfortable bed.
We highly recommended and definitely will return next year. "
"Staff were great - very helpful, accommodating and able to assist with all my queries. Really made my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you guys, (especially for allowing for an early check in - Simran was fantastic) "
"The staff here were amazing. Every member of staff we met or spoke to were excellent, friendly and helpful. In particular, I’d like to highlight Joanne and Roman in the Club Lounge for their excellent service.
We had a suite with a balcony which was excellent, comfortable and very well equipped. The view over Darling Harbour was fantastic. The hotel put an extra bed in for my son in advance. The bathroom was huge - with two sinks, a large bath and a separate walk-in shower. It was cleaned daily and restocked with still water. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with mini bar, a safe, an iron & ironing board and plenty of towels and toiletries.
The hotel is right next to a main road and so there is some extra noise when you open the door to the balcony, but no more than you expect from any city centre hotel. The location is perfect for walking to all the main sights and attractions, but taxis or Ubers are always available out front.
I highly recommend this hotel. "
