"This was such a beautiful, pleasant surprise. The hotel was exquisite. The service was outstanding, and the staff were mostly helpful. ( except for one experience with a staff member giving us wrong directions to a very popular attraction… But these things happen. I wouldn’t hold it against the Hotel for that.) I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on doing so for some friends who are coming in the fall I would also consider staying at other paradox hotels around the world You have made me feel welcome"

"Clean room with enough space to store everything. Breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of choice. Location is in walking distance to MRT and Orchatd Road. Swimming pool has lovely views and the pool is warm."

"The rooms were clean. Good view. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was very good! We love the variety of dishes offered. We walked around the place and loved the greeneries. Lush green! The pool was big. The splash pad is something we might try when we bring our grandchildren. Our luggage was brought to the room in a timely manner. The rooms were already ready for us. We were greeted at the parking drop off by wonderful staff. Overall, great experience. Will come back!!"

"Complimentary extended stay after check out time. Pool regulation should be carried out as people were jumping into the pool with normal clothing which is very unhygienic. New weights machines require in the gym. Breakfast people standing eating and drinking by the buffet. Foodstuff on the chairs and floor in salt and pepper restaurant."
