The basin for ensuite was actually the kitchenette…there was hardly any toilet paper on roll and the spare one was half way…unfortunately was left with none by the morning.

Could that kitchenette be a hand basin but just made of stainless steel rather than other fragile materials?You are welcome to ask for more toilet paper.

The rooms were clean but very dated and had a stale smell. Pool was closed we couldn't use it. Poor decision to close that in February when its still summer and the weather was quite warm whilst we were there.

Very disappointing
The room is very old. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, dust throughout the room, carpet is old and stained. There is only a small shower recess for the “family” room and 3 single beds. They would be better off having 2 bunks in the second room which would provide space for children in the 2nd room. Only a small 2 seat old disgusting lounge, having 5 beds with 2 seats isn’t a good thing.

Thanks for your comments.We would attend to the cobwebs and dust in the future cleaning. So I am confused with your saying not enough space but need a large sofa in the room as well.

Misleading prices
Disappointed that the advertised price in bold was not the price charged. I was advertised at $270.02 and I was billed $280. I asked the check in staff why the difference and when I asked for a breakdown of fees he said they charged what hotels.com said and the invoice showed no mention of the extra fee. The extra fee was written on the booking page but was in much smaller print and a lesser colour without any explantation.

Hi Michael As said while check in, you could check the confirmation email where shows the price etc. It is very unlikely you got overcharge for the booking from us. However it may be the website misleading though.

The pool spar was not working and had filthy slimmy water in the bottom . It should of been covered over if is broken.

Due to the Covid19 we can just open the pool for public and at the same time we do the concrete job as the routine maintenance for the spa so it cant be covered.

Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Nice quiet place to relax and Conveniently close to access delivered take away and transport without the big cost. Room very comfortable and had all that was needed. Room was spotless!! Great off street parking. Highly recommend

Service was friendly and efficient. Great care had been taken in the cleaning, and there were some effective attempts to upgrade an older style motel, such as the lighting. The beds were also fine. But more needs to be done: the air conditioning is noisy and the door key was hard to use. From a wider perspective, the gardens were a plus and there was almost no disturbance from road traffic. All in all it was good value for the price.
