Hotel is in a convenient location, right next to Sukhumvit rd, which is perfect for getting around for shopping and eating. Nice and comfortable stay, would stay again.

Location was good room size is enough. Two thing to take note. Required a smoke free level but i could smell smoke in the room from time to time may be its coming from the air vent. Also the flooring wood have crack and hole. They are refurbishing it any so its okay. As there is a notice saying that.

Not Impressed
What i didnt like was paying 500 baht to go to the airport. I was told due to it being an hour away, it is not an hour away, but around 20 minutes, so they charged me to much and it also says airport transfer on their site which i thought was a courtsey and included. Also the reason i even got this hotel was due to a tub in the bathroom since i had a long flight coming. The water was a filthy brown, so i scraped the bath and took a shower and the towel was a filthy brown from me drying off.. I will not stay there again.

Outstanding Hotel with a great value.
This Hotel was great. wow did they go out of their way to support and help me. the friendliest group I've experienced in a long time. I will absolutely stay here again. yes the hotel is dated and it was spotless. the pool was relaxing and a great workout area. it has great location and I was able to get around Bangkok easily. I have stayed at this hotel many times now. So far the experience was good but for this time. the room given to me was not in good shape. The door was faulty and it makes it so hard for me to open the door. the room couldn't see any view and there was a window that can allow me to open. I checked with the staff and they told me is not a smoking room. But it is not a smoking room why you gave me a room that can open the window? I think they need better customer service for customers that are returning to the hotel.

Worth the money.
Close to resturants and walking distance to bars massage parlors and Soi Cowboy and shopping malls about 8 minutes walk to the BTS. Staff were great room was big. Will stay again on my next visit

Liked the location - few minutes walk to the BTS, there are plenty of shops nearby ie Boots, Family Mart, 7-e. Kitchen staff are helpful - they accommodated our requests to heat up some food in their microwave (we're Muslims, sometimes halal food can be hard to obtain so we bought halal packed food from 7-e etc.)

Not as good as it looks
Good location and helpful staff. Although the hotel looks modern, it’s in quite bad shape. The shower often had low water pressure and the water was not hot. The HVAC unit was extremely noisy and intrusive. Th me breakfast was okay but the coffee was burnt.

Best Hotel in Bangkok
I've stayed at over 15-20 different hotels in Bangkok. Some cheaper, some more expensive. But this one is by far the best VALUE for people seeking a 4-star experience at a 3-star price.

Nothing like the photos
This hotel looks nothing like the photos. It’s dated and grungy. We had to change rooms on check in because there was something growing on the bedroom wall. One of the housekeepers came by and said there’s nothing they could do. The second was only slightly better and still noticeably dirty. The beds are hard as a rock and the bedroom has a frosted window into the bedroom so if your partner turns on a light in the middle of the night you’ll see it. The pool was similar to the room and pretty dingy. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, more along the lines of a 2 star and if we would’ve paid 2 star pricing I wouldn’t have had such a problem with it. Would not recommend, would not stay again.

It should be 100% as their staffs friendly n helpful.. But the room have ants.. So don't leave food overnight.. And last night in my stay, got a room smoking! Really bad! Whole room mine smoke smell!! I don't see free toothpaste, toothbrush, so do bring own.. Bed comfortable. Four pillow different comfortable.. They have free can opener too! Good! Area very quiet, not street food but got a very yummy ramen shop beside.. Pool small.. Inner pool tiles kinda broken, careful walk.. TV have lot program and huge tv.

Little bit disappointed
Everything ok just don't have fridge in room.. They can provide wine glass , but if you want to drink white wine or sparkling wine in room , you need to borrow ice bucket from hotel and buy ice from family mart or hotel .

Walk to enjoy
You have to be adventurous and love to walk if you want to stay here. The distance is a bit far from train station. Not alot of the tuktuk or taxi driver know the hotel.
