A hotel a little out of the way but a short 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 shopping centre and Sukimit Road. Beware, construction occurring in front of the hotel but staff were kind enough to change my room away from the construction activity.

Really nice hotel great spot in Bangkok could have picked a better place to stay. Staff excellent very nice and clean rooms great. Only issue is the room we stayed in the AC must have been malfunctioning and every morning most of the hotel room floor was soaking and both myself and my wife got very ill for the second half of our stay with a very bad flu like illness. I am not a doctor but have worked with ac and know how bad this can cause sickness. With this minor issue resolved would come back in a heart beat

Left my apple airpod in my hotel room but they did not bother to give it back to me. I actually waited for about an hour in the looby because they have to inspect the room before they let me leave the hotel facility. Surely they saw and found my airpods but did not return it. I only realised that I left it behind when I am at the airport waiting for my flight back to Australia. This only shows that the staff are not honest enough. The hotel locqtion was great but I will not come back to this place again. I know it is my responsibility to check my stuff before I leave but atleast their staff should be trained to be honest or else they will loose customers.

I stay at Arte whenever I am in Bangkok. It's close to the BTS and the shopping malls. Busy downtown area yet quite at night. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The facilities are maintained.

Had to do a 1 nigh layover before heading to Penang and stayed at the Arte,,, accidentally left computer mouse in the room on the way and didn’t realize it till a day later, but luckily staff found it and put it aside for me!

Arte is a bit distant from Terminal 21 (Asoke), and seemingly caters to tour groups now. It is not the wonderful oasis it was before Covid....but it still has a great pool!

Highly recommend this hotel,nice staff very helpful,near to nightlife but being up a side street nice and quiet,lovely clean rooms,couldn’t fault it at all

Arte is located in a very good area which nearby Terminal 21, BTS and the metro. There is Superrich on BTS Asok with a good price exchange cash. The service and staff are very good. Just one thing, the properties of the restroom are old, and the lighting is not enough bright for makeup. Wish they could update the lighting. Still recommend it.

The BTS and metro stations are conveniently accessible within a 7-minute walk. The location is surrounded by excellent amenities, including shopping malls, massage shops, and convenience stores. The rooms are spacious and kept clean, with daily replenishment of bottled water. The staff members are friendly and efficient, contributing to an overall excellent stay.

Budget traveler enjoyed my stay
Great location. Clean and comfortable. Lots of construction going on so my City view consisted of looking and listening to a crane. Rooftop pool has an amazing view Its the nicest place I’ve stayed in Bangkok but its also the most expensive. Id stay here again

Close to everything you need.
Upside: Great location close to Terminal Helpfull and attentive staff. Nice swimming pool on roof with no big buildings nearby blocking sun (except one). Very quiet hotel (no roof bar, music, people) Downside: The pillows in this hotel are the absolute worst. Hotels VIP status not recognized. Bed mattress could be softer. Shower water temperature was hard to regulate (too hot or too cold - never right :-) ). The roof bar was out of most drinks. Very quiet hotel (no roof bar, music, people).

The hotel is a walkable distance to Terminal 21 & Asok BTS station which makes it very convenient for shopping and transportation. Booked the triple bed, loved that it's spacious and we did not have to squeeze around and has ample individual space.

Stay was generally good except for 1-2 staff attitude not up to standard, needs training on professionalism especially front desk. Some staff at breakfast don’t understand English thus unable to respond to requests. Bathroom should install door at shower to prevent slow water flow from flooding out that made the bathroom floor wet. Want to compliment a staff at breakfast with outstanding service who is always smiling standing at the pancake area who made us a memorable Mickey Mouse pancake which made our day! Believe she’s a front desk staff as well.

The location of this hotel is convenient, just like a 5-7 mins walk to Terminal 21 and BTS Asok station. However, the jacuzzi is super dirty. I didn’t really enjoy it much. The staff are so nice and friendly, trying to be helpful, but maybe it is not a large hotel, not easy to call a taxi.

Good location, in the middle of the best area of bangkok, you can reach every interesting place without using a car or a motorbike, you can go everywhere only walking or taking the skytrain. The Arte hotel is located in a central place of Sukhumvit area but in a quiet position and it' s easy to find. It's a perfect solution for everybody and it isn' t expensive at all.
