Property is old and not the best condition, but it was good for the price. The guest service was nice and our room has everything we needed. If you need a reasonable hotel near by the airport, it is very good hotel.

TV had to be serviced…. only one electrical outlet in the room, bathroom is very small. I like that the On site restaurant was open 24 seven. Very courteous staff was able to call for a cab to the airport…

I got a small studio apartment on the 4th floor. It had the basics and good ac. The restaurant on the roof is nice and the pool looks relaxing but never went in. I walked around at night and found a good restaurant, friendly people and places to stop. Enjoyed my stay here, not touristy, so got a good glimpse of regular Thailand living.

Please do not mind the distance from the airport. Most hotels near here are on a divided road and need to make a Uturn either coming or going from the airport so it's the same time. Many are on narrow side streets without sidewalks and I saw one serious traffic accident. Be careful. The hotels are old and not well kept but but please support them because your money will help working families instead of corporate rich people. The staff is warm and friendly. There are many small food shops in the area. Also many massage shops if that's your thing. Please don't mind my review score but as you have read it's good and bad. Just trying to give a fair assessment. Enjoy your stay!

We loved staying here! Easy to get to lots of great food, great pool and was very peaceful and quiet too. Excellent cleaning staff always checking in on us and helpful front desk personnel. Definitely recommend!

Toilet water coming out in shower head
First night was fine. But the water situation is absolutely disgusting- the shower smelled like toilet water. I booked three nights and moved two different rooms because of the water. I asked for refund after the third rooms water was bad again and they said no! Do not book this hotel!

1. Dog barking 2. At 3-4 AM too much noisy 3. Drain area in the bath room is noisy during the whold night. 4. Convenient store is walking away. 5. We can feel that other people walking outside or beside room doing somethings or above Fl. playing easily after midnight. 6. No iron is available jn room. Guests must find somewhere laundry services.

Try this if you want to be near Don Meuang
Good deal for the price. Near-airport neighborhoods can be interesting, with airport personnel coming home at all hours, so more services than usual. Hotel itself is about 15 minute walk from airport terminal. Hotel is almost brand new, with rooftop pool with nice view and small restaurant open during day. Decent gym. Nice people.

Fawlty towers has nothing on this! We arrived by taxi but didn’t have small change (close to airport is a bonus) so the manager very kindly lent us the cash. He sent someone to change our large denomination bill into some smaller bills. When it came to sorting out what we owed them, it became farcical. A math lesson ensued from my companion who sorted the simple calculation out. Went up to the supposed 4 star room, was more than disappointed. Got worse - no toiletries, not a bar of soap, not even toilet paper! 4am wake up call (good), awaiting free transfer back to the airport as stated on website. No such luck - transfers start at 6am. Don’t know if I expected a bit much. Lesson is you get what you pay for, despite the star rating. All in all, it was mildly better than sleeping on the airport floor.

The only good thing about this place is the location close to the airport. Food was not good, bed was hard, bathroom tiny and sink had no hot water. Wi Fi didn't work in our room. The staff would not print my boarding pass unless I e-mailed the info to them even thought I had a printed confirmation with all the info needed that I offered to give to them. Not what you'd call good customer service. I would not stay here again.

Horrible internet. After traveling 36 hours I had a day to catch up on work. Worst internet of any place I have been in Thailand. Have stayed at over 30 hotels past year. Breakfast was so-so but not worth 200 Bhat. Room was fine for what it was. Every treadmill in the fitness room had an out of order sign on it.

This place was freakin’ awesome! I moved locations today to be nearer my friends that live around Chatuchak. And wished I had stayed where I was at “b your home.” It’s a great place to stay! Clean. Quiet. Pretty good food too!
