Quiet and Serene
One day staycation to escape the hustle and bustle of Bangkok city. Nice and relaxing but wish it was located n nearer the river.

Nice deco room but dirty
Jacuzzi Room is nice deco n comfort bed. but the jacuzzi is very dirty with dirt objects once jacuzzi is on. Breakfast is freshly cook upon order but cleanliness is doubt. Few min walk to Asiatique. Sound proof not good especially they got function at rooftop bar.

Hotel itself is nice. But it doesn’t not near the city or scenery place, and it it hard to take taxi. Norma taxi drovers always refuse to go hotel, and it doesn’t not near BTS station too

Basically my stay was a short, can't really comment much. For nearby tourist attraction = its location is extremely near Asiatique and Chao Phraya river. Nice view of river somehow is block by the surrounding tall building.(somehow abit disappointed, don't know there's so much tall building around it) But the hotel crews provide great customer services, such as: when we alight from taxi, the hotel receptionist move out from her frontdesk. She use umbrella to shield us from heavy rain to hotel main lobby. Appreciate such kind move...

Executive Jazcuzzi suite
The picture that shown is exactly the same. Room was spacious n clean. The stay is near 5-8 mins walk away from Asiatique. You able to find food n massage parlours(they close quite early) around the area.

It was not a pleasant Stay
The cushion on top of the pillows had white spots and disgusting the tap has last visitor Hair band tied to it and no housekeeping take away and overall location wasn’t that bad but a little far away and lots of mosquitos and the receptionist always not there sometimes when call down and no one pickup and complain about the cushion next morning so they dun put back after change linen and back to the room still there and no one listened and so it was terrible with a hair on it so they changed it at night for me and took a photo for the management team and next morning checkout no one wanted to say who was the guy who picked up the call as some guy told me he was working but that time he didn’t pickup my call... which was not investigating why and Who picked up the call and make such mistake as I just said very nicely on the phone call but they seemed okay... so I was shocked as the grey cushion was entirely all over the pillow when I was back at night... scary and also the wifi didn’t work at night as well.... overall not as nice as I expected as some part of the Room wall was very bad in the corner with a huge crack to it.... and I will not consider going back again

Nice stay. clean room, comfy bed. room is big. would generally recommend to friends. it was cooling weather when we stayed, not sure about summer time as the temperature increases, as the lobby and corridor are without aircon.

Amazing room
The room is amazing. Clean and we love the jaccuzi. Staff took a long time to find our booking. Swimming pool is more like a baby pool. Love the food around the hotel.

Well designed but inconvenient
This hotel is beautiful. Modern, well appointed, and well curracted. But, don’t make the mistake of thinking you’ll be able to enjoy any of the amenities other than your room. The beautiful (I’m assuming) rooftop restaurant/bar, room service, and breakfast will be unavailable if there are any events scheduled at the hotel. Both the evening and the following day we stayed here, we were unable to receive the breakfast buffet we paid for or get dinner/drinks at the rooftop bar (the reason we chose this hotel), or even order room service because there had been an event that night and the next day there was another event being set up for. Also, there was construction being done for the whole night and early morning in preparation for these events, so no sleep was had either. So, unless you are staying here for an event, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for any sleep or paid for amenities.

The hotel closer to Asiatique
This hotel locates near the river and is within walk distance to the Asiatique. The room gives me boutique hotel feeling. However the staff English skill needs improvement. Wifi sometimes is not very stable. Breakfast selection is OK but not on par with some of the hotels I stayed in Bangkok before.

Nice ambiance but service needs to be improved.
The staff needs to be more comfortable communicating and responding to guests' requests in English. Simple requests such as asking for an iron at night or having a bucket of ice in the room needs to be haggled for as the staff gave reasons that were unacceptable of hotel standards (i.e. housekeeping have left for the day or a wedding is being conducted therefore ice is unavailable).

Awful service from Expedia & the Hotel
Expedia and the hotel were absolutely terrible at managing our reservation. We reserved a few weeks in advance of our stay and got a confirmation email that everything was booked. Then, the night before we receive an email about our hotel being overbooked and that we are requested to move elsewhere over 20 minutes away from our original location. Our location was selected specifically due to proximity to events we were attending for our trip. Getting this email notification 18 hours before check in this was absolutely frustrating. What followed was even more upsetting and unacceptable. It took over 5 hours to communicate with our hotel throughout the night while traveling which was a huge stress and waste of time. Expedia did nothing to help despite us calling and messaging on Facebook, we had to handle it with the hotel ourselves. The hotel staff were not responsive or attentive to this issue but instead passing the phone around. We found out the hotel wasn't overbooked and our room was still available but at the last minute the hotel decided to suggest we move elsewhere due to a wedding taking place on their rooftop. We assume weddings aren't planned at the very last minute so we were furious that we got this notification only hours before our arrival. Whats more, Expedia didn't call us to rectify the issue until well into the next day. We got a call from Expedia asking us to move to a different hotel after we had already checked in. Overall, a horrible experience.

Choose Executive jacuzzi
Must stay at Executive Jacuzzi. The room is very spacious. But it was noisy at night from the neighboring room. And the walk way to lift have pools of water from the rain.

3 Nights Stays out of BKK City Center
The room was amazing with the spacious it is, Jacuzzi bath tub, comfort King Size bed, new conditions, and modern design. However, we has very bad experience with the hotel management. There was one night the guests at the next door were throwing party, with Karaoke! I made a complaint to the receptionist for immediate actions. There was no commitment from the staff but only "I will try". After 2 calls of complaint, I'm totally disappointed with the staff. It was 11pm, my wife is pregnant and need to rest after the long day walk. I requested for room change immediately. This is exactly what the staff said: "sorry sir, the guests have to party because someone is getting marry (bachelor night I supposed). And I have told them to lower their voice (Karaoke continue). I can't change the room for u now because it's not midnight yet (12am she's referring). If by 12am they're not leaving and still partying, I will change room for u". I was super shocked when I hear this. 1st time in my life to hear this from a hotel! Anyway, after debating with the management, they managed to talk to the guests to cool them down (maybe give them some $$ to party outside, these poor guys), we get our sleep. Location wise, it's quite a distance from city center. We spent a lot on transport (Grab & Uber).

Modern and stylish hotel
Had a great stay at Once, the hotel is clean, modern with 'homely' relaxed rooms. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi room which we would choose if we booked again. The only downside is that our room wasnt cleaned on the 2nd day meaning no fresh towells.

just a chill holiday with my gf
The Breakfast waffle is really awesome - is a must to try it. The staffs is super friendly and the place is clean and easy to find. the room is spacious. the executive jacuzzi room is really amazing. the only downside is the location not near to the city other than that if u wanna go back early to rest and chill the ferry is til 11pm. that shldnt be a problem. oh and the wifi u keep need to log in.

Beautiful room but noisy
The room was beautiful, staff are friendly and helpful. But the day I stayed there there was a function on the roof top and I was never given any warning. It was noisy till 1 am. The hotel is walking distance from Asiatique which was convenient.

Luxurious Hotel in Great Location
Stayed here for a few nights and was very impressed with the service, hotel and location. In walking distance of a huge mall as well as close to the river taxis. My only complaint was that they upgraded me to an executive suite at a small charge and they never changed my room. They refunded me the money at the end of my stay and I didn't care that I wasn't in the executive suite because the room I was in was so nice.

Overall, our stay was very good.... We went with a huge group and some last minute additions forced us to book with Hotel Once for one-third of our group and we were really satisfied....with the rooms... The negatives: no air conditioning at the lobby... no view ... you will see an unappealing condominium outside your window The good: Huge Rooms............You can fit about 4 people easily (with extra beds) ....... Modern Designed Rooms ........... way better design than our main hotel ..... Asiatique is nearby (about 10 minutes walk) ............... really good for shopping, instead of the usual tight mall or open spaces for the affordable shopping, they offer neatly designed shopping complex with a few hundred different products and also several restaurants with a good mix of Thai, Italian, Seafood and others...... It's near the river, although we never rode the boat via asiatique (we took it from another hotel on the other side of the river, the river ride or a river boat cruise would be a good experience for everyone.....daytime or night time.... If you love street food, then this is also a convenient place for you to stay ....... there's a few of them on the roadside.... there's also a seafood place right outside the main road which was awesome ....we actually ate a few times there and had some beers all the way to about early morning .... good food and good locals around the area...

言うこと無しの快適なブティックホテルです。
シャワーはハンドもレインもあり。 猫足バスタブにもシャワーあり。 アメニティは充実しており、バスソルトもあり。 部屋の中は、5星クラスのホテルと遜色ありません。 ロビーと各フロアの廊下は、オープンエアなので、暑いです。 道路から20m程度入った所に立ち、入口にホテルの表記はありますが、ちょっと分かりずらいかもしれませんが、バンコクの運転手は住所で行けるので問題無しです。ホテルラマダメナムが隣りのブロックにあるので、目印には困りません。アジアティークは、直線で歩いて10分弱なので本当に便利です。 中心地からは離れていますが、タクシー代を考えても、十分コスパの良いホテルです。

CHOOSE THE JACUZZI!
So I went with my girlfriend, it's our anniversary period. And we booked the Jacuzzi room. It's the best deal you'll get in Bkk. The room is extremely spacious (think, you can fit a jacuzzi, so it has to be huge). I could probably do a cartwheel as well. Anyways, the room is spacious and the jacuzzi is really effective. You can fit 2 people very comfortably in the tub, my partner and I are tall for Asians. If you're a family of 3 with a kid, it can be a fun experience too. I suggest bringing a bubble bomb, that way you'll get the most of your jacuzzi experience. The staff are amazing, they are very welcoming. They helped us get taxis from the main road many times. And the hotel also has a boat taxi shuttle service to the nearest BTS station, Saphan Taksin. It's a really long way, so either take a cab there or take the boat. Rooms are really well cleaned, and towels are replenished daily. Water bottle design is adorable, also replenished daily. The shower head in the separate bathroom wasn't working too well, but that is the smallest issue. As the rooms corridor isn't completely indoors, should BKK rain, the corridor does get a little wet and thus because of the flooring you have to becareful when walking. Breakfast menu needs to improve tremendously! Such a pity for a nice place to have a limited selection. Roof top bar looks really nice, but so little crowd. I had a good time here. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Cosy Jaccuzi Room
Stayed in Jacuzzi rooms. Rooms are cosy and new. But one out of the four rooms that we booked had very bad smell from the Jacuzzi; guessed something wrong with the draining system of that particular room. Other than that, everything is nice. If they offer buffet breakfast, that would be better.
