I've always had good experience at JW Marriott. Service was excellent and hotel was clean and inviting. All the restaurants in the hotel were good and gave you plenty of options to choose from. Highly recommended.

I visited while spa and pool were undergoing renovations (which I was advised of) which was not ideal, and was initially given a room with adjoining door, not my preference. Staff, especially the lady who assisted with my check in on Sunday 27 April around lunch time, have been amazing, assisting me with my requests and expectations from a high quality venue such as Marriott.I am really thankful, had an amazing stay. Staff at the Spa are fantastic too, highly recommended.

JW marriot Bangkok was connected to the Phroen Chit Center mall at level 2 inside of this hotel, it is so convinient. I was realized that just previous to departure the hotel. There was no indoor swimming pool. Fitness center is very good at 6 level near garden and outdoor pool. This hotel near to BTS, Phroen Chit station Exit 3.
