1. Thin ceiling and walls. Chair screeching noises from above heard. 2. Wall paint chipped and there are scratches, not maintained. 3. Lizards hiding. One fell from cupboard onto the fridge and hid behind it. 4. Quite a few insect larvae found in bathroom, moving about, on ceiling and around bathtub. 5. TV not smart. Can’t connect my phone to TV. Can only watch the channels in TV. So end up didn’t use TV at all. 6. Picture from website and reality is so different. In a bad way. Condition and cleanliness. 7. My charger did not fit the room’s switch. Never seen the shape before. Had to urgently buy adapter so I can charge my dying phone. Get a universal adapter just in case. 8. Hotel is beside a street. Early morning people shouting using megaphone. 9. No room service. Very little food options around and in Grab. 10. Breakfast was the same for all 4 mornings that I went to eat. Very small spread too. 11. Location quite far from city center.

7 night stay with purchased breakfast which same food every day, it was pretty boring. Bed was broken, toilet seems rarely clean also black mold on the tiles, need deep clean. Staff are helpful.

The hotel is located in such a good location. It is near the main road and surrounded by restaurants coffee shops and convenient stores. Everything is in a walking distance. The room is quite big. Comparing with the reasonable price, everything is good enuf.

The bed was comfortable and amenities ok. Breakfast had decent variety, although some things weren’t replaced when they ran out and the eggs were cold. Even though this building seems pretty new, it’s not kept up well. The zipper covers on our couch were broken, so the insides were coming out and the whole room badly needed repainted. The bathroom smelled like urine the whole time, like they never cleaned around the toilet or something. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

It’s not a 4* hotel. It’s a 3*. Clean but pillows were terribly hard. The hall was noisy with people talking loud in the middle of the night. Breakfast was very poor .

Property was very clean and accommodating, and the staff was friendly. They provided 2 water bottles daily for consumption which was quite helpful with the heat. It is very close to Huamum Night Market via taxi (~7 min) for a quick and cheap dinner.

I chose this place as it was within walking distance to Kasetsart University and the eating places. It's basic, but it's clean and convenient. The bathroom has a bit of a smell, but after letting the exhaust fan run all day, the smell is not as strong. The room has a sink and a fridge which is handy. The accommodation also includes a buffet breakfast, which is simple but nice.

Nice hotel near main road
Rooms are clean and tidy. From the reception to the ground staffs are very helpful. Only the location is the problem, it is located in the heavy traffic area all the time. The nearest subway (BTS - Mo Chit) is located only 5km away but it takes 40minits when in heavy traffic from the subway to the hotel by car.

Comfortable, clean and spacious room but all the necessary amenities. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was okay but very limited vegetarian choices which was an issue for me. There is nothing much to do in the neighbourhood so plan accordingly.

Like new rooms with great wifi
Seems like one of the only places that have good wifi of the 4 or so hotels I've stayed at in Bangkok. Pillows/mattress hard as a rock, though.

Good and convenient location. The room has all the amenities you will need. Water pressure in the shower is a little low. A little mosquitos in the room. Other than that, the stay was great
